Complete Home Renovation
This home originally had a large masonry fireplace that ran from the lower level, through the main level and second level. Structural modifications were made to remove the fireplace and allow the addition of a large steel beam in the basement to support the home.
The kitchen was refaced with Cambria countertops, finishes and hardwood floors. A staircase was created after the fireplace was removed for easy access to the lower level. Many surfaces were updated, however this renovation required more than just as much modernizing the space, but the attention to detail with the structure was key in providing the homeowners with finishes and details they were looking for.
